Please take the Georgia Parent Survey
The Georgia Parent Survey gathers important information that will be used as part of the calculation of the School Climate Star Rating. The survey contains 24 questions and can be completed using a personal computer, smartphone or tablet. Please fill out a separate survey for each school your children attend-- responses for another school will not apply to MAHS. If you do not have access to the Internet, you can visit the school during normal hours to complete the survey. Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis. Results from the Georgia Parent Survey will not be available to the public and will not be posted online. Please take the survey using the link below.
